UK Visas
There are deferent kinds Visas to come to UK, some visas like Visitor(Tourist) visa is very easy to get, some visas like Work Permit visa for non shortage category is very difficult to get, beware of fake agencies provide visas for money, best resource of UK visas is UK Home Office and British Commissionerate.
 
Visitors Visa
Qualification:
Want to visit the UK for no more than six months.
Plan to leave the UK at the end of your visit.
Have enough money to support.
Required Documents:
Valid Passport, Travel Documents including return tickets and accommodation, financial proof (Bank statements, pay slips and tax returns).
Fully filled (VAF1 - Non-settlement). application form and two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) color photographs.
Visa fee, which is non refundable.
Evidence that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit (for example, a letter from your employer).
If you are visiting your relatives in UK:
Letter from your relative explaining your relationship with them and the purpose of your visit.
Copies of your relative's passport (all pages).
Your relative's accommodation documents e.g. rental agreement & council tax documents.
Your relative's income details e.g. pay slips, tax papers and bank statements.

 
Sponsors Visa
Qualification:
Same like Visitors Visa plus some one must sponsor you from UK
Required Documents:
Valid Passport, Travel Documents including return tickets and accommodation, Financial proof, sponsors letter, and sponsors status documents(Visa or Passport copies).
Fully filled (INF 3) application form and two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) color photographs.
Visa fee, which is non refundable.
 
Spouse Visa
Qualification:
You are legally married to each other (or) you plan to marry within a reasonable time (usually six months) .
Your husband or wife is present and settled in the UK.
You both intend to live together permanently as husband and wife.
together you can support yourselves and any dependants without help from public funds.
You have adequate accommodation.
Your spouse is not under 18.
Required Documents:
Valid Passport,
Fully filled (INF 4) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
Your birth certificate, your marriage certificate (if you are married), your spouse’s birth certificate
Recent statements or letters from your spouse’s United Kingdom employer, bank, local authority or building society on support and accommodation that will be available for you in the United Kingdom.
Letters written by you and your spouse which are relevant to your application.
Evidence that your spouse is settled in the United Kingdom in the form of an attested copy of his or her passport or registration certificate.
You spouse financial proof (Bank statements pay slips and Tax returns).
 
Students Visa
Qualification:
a recognized full-time degree course for further or higher education (e.g. a university)
a weekday full-time course involving at least 15 hours organized daytime study per week
a full-time course of study at an independent fee paying school
be able to pay for your course and support an accommodate yourself and any dependants without working or help from public funds
plan to leave the UK when you complete your studies
Required Documents:
Valid Passport, Travel Documents
Fully filled (INF 4) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
educational certificates which you hold
Letter from the university, college or school confirming your acceptance on a course of study in the UK and a statement of charges for the course
Evidence of funds, for example bank statements or pay slips or tax returns, to show that you can pay for your stay and your course of studies in the UK.
A letter from your sponsor in the UK to say that he or she will support and accommodate you during your course of studies, again with evidence that he or she can do so(if applicable)
 
Family Members Visa

Qualification:
For Children
your parents live and are settled in the UK legally, with no time limit on their stay, or are being admitted for settlement at the same time
one parent is living and settled in the UK or is being admitted for settlement on the same occasion and has had sole responsibility for your upbringing
your parents can support you without help from public funds;
your parents have adequate accommodation, owned or occupied exclusively by them, where you can live without help from public funds
under 18 years of age
are not leading an independent life, are not married and have not formed an independent family unit
For parents
you are wholly or mainly financially dependent on children or grandchildren living and settled in the UK
you are without other close relatives in your own country to turn to
your children or grandchildren can support you without help from public funds
your children or grandchildren have adequate accommodation, owned or occupied exclusively by them, where you can live without help from public funds
Required Documents:
Your valid passport or travel document.
Fully filled (VAF 2) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs.
Visa fee, which is non refundable.
Evidence that your sponsor (e.g., the relative you are applying to join) is settled in the UK, in the form of an attested copy of their passport or registration certificate.
Recent statements or letters from your sponsors UK employer, bank, local authority or building society on the support and accommodation that will be available for you in the UK
Your original birth certificate
Evidence of financial support from the UK, such as payments from your sponsor or a house provided by your sponsor

 
Work Permits Visa
Qualification:
Who has got work permit from UK
You cannot apply directly for a work permit. This has to be done on your behalf by an employer in the UK who wishes to employ you. They should obtain an application form
Required Documents:
Your original work permit
Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF 13) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
V Visa fee, which is non refundable
You may also be asked to produce a letter of support from your employer and evidence of your qualifications and experience relevant to the job for which the work permit was issued.
 
Highly Skilled Migrant Program (HSMP)
The highly skilled worker category is designed to allow highly skilled people to come to the United Kingdom to look for work or self-employment opportunities.
Qualification:
There is a points-based immigration scheme. Points are scored in five main areas:

Educational qualifications;
Work experience;
Past earnings;
Your achievement in your chosen field; and
Your husband's, wife's or unmarried partner's achievements.
You need to score 65 points or more to qualify as a highly skilled migrant.

Required Documents:
A fully completed Highly Skilled Migrant Program application form.
The correct payment.
Any original documentation required to support statements made on the HSMP form.
AFTER
approval of the application form against the HSMP criteria has been given you must apply to vary your leave to remain. This entails a charge (unless exempt).
You must submit:
A fully completed FLR(IED) application form.
The correct payment.
Any original documentation required to support statements made on the FLR(IED) application form
 
Adopted Children Visa
Qualification:
Is not leading an independent life, is not married and has not formed an independent family unit
Is under 18 years
Was adopted when both parents lived together abroad or when either parent was settled in the United Kingdom
Has the same rights as any other child of the adoptive parents
Was adopted because their original parents could not care for them and there has been a genuine transfer of parental responsibility
Has broken all ties with their original family
Was not adopted just to make it easier to enter the United Kingdom
Required Documents:
Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF 7) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
The child’s original birth certificate showing its name at birth
A report from the overseas equivalent of the social services department giving the child’s full history and how the adoption came about., or in the case of a relative adoption a full statement in writing from the adoptive parents
Where the child has been abandoned, a certificate of abandonment from the authorities previously responsible for the child
the adoption order.
 
Returning Residents
Qualification:
You were settled in the UK when you last left
You have not been away for more than two years and you are returning for settlement
You did not receive public funds to meet the cost of leaving the UK
Required Documents:
Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF 7) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
Evidence that you were previously resident in the UK, for example National Insurance or Income Tax records, letters from employers or pay slips
 
UK Ancestry
Qualification:
Are a Commonwealth citizen
Are aged 17 or over
Have a grandparent who was born in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man
Have a grandparent who was born in what is now the Republic of Ireland prior to 31 March 1922*
Are able to work and intend to take or seek employment in the UK
Are able to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants adequately without recourse to public funds
Required Documents:
Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF1) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable.
Your birth certificate
Your marriage certificate if you are a married woman.
The birth certificates of the parent and grandparent through whose ancestry you are making your application.
 
Setting up in Business
Qualification:
You will bring to the UK sufficient funds of your own to establish the business
The business will create at least two new full-time jobs for persons already settled in the UK
Have at least £200,000 under your control, which is disposable in the UK and held in your name (not held by trust or other investment arrangements) with the intention of investing in a business in the UK
Have sufficient additional funds to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants adequately without recourse to public funds, or taking employment (other than work for the business) until the business provides income
Intend to be actively involved full-time in trading or providing services on your own account or in partnership, or in the promotion and management of the company as a director.
Required Documents:
Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF10) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable.
Any other documents outlined in the preceding paragraphs that relate to the type of business you are seeking entry clearance to undertake in the UK
 
Investors Visa
Qualification:
Have no less than £1 million of your own money, which is under your control in the UK; or
own personal assets which, taking into account any liabilities to which you are subject, have a value exceeding £2 million; and
have money under your control in the UK amounting to no less than £1 million, including any money loaned to you by a financial institution regulated by the Financial Services Authority
Intend to invest not less than £750,000 of your capital in the UK by way of UK Government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies (excluding those principally engaged in property investment and excluding investment through deposits with a bank, building society or other enterprise whose normal business includes acceptance of deposits; intend to make your main home in the UK
Be able to maintain and accommodate yourself (and any dependents) without taking employment (other than self-employment or business) and without recourse to public funds.

Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF 11) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
For investors - an outline of investment portfolio showing that you intend to invest not less than £750, 000 of your capital in United Kingdom Government bonds or in share capital or loan capital in active and trading United Kingdom registered companies other than property companies
 
Right of Abode
Qualification:

Qualification:
Minister of religion, missionary or member of a religious order
Sole representative of an overseas firm in the UK
Representatives of overseas newspapers, news agencies and broadcasting organizations
Airport-based operational ground staff of overseas-owned airlines
Postgraduate doctors and dentists (training) including PLAB Tests
Teachers and language assistants coming to the UK under approved exchange schemes
Seasonal workers at agricultural camps
Writers, composers and artists
Overseas government employees
Dependants of the above

Fully filled (VAF 14) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
 
Working Holiday makers Visa
Qualification:
You are a Commonwealth citizen;
Y
ou want to come to the UK to take employment as an integral part of a working holiday;
Y
ou are single or are married to a person who also qualifies as a working holidaymaker and you plan to take the working holiday together
Y
ou do not have any dependent children who are aged five years or over, or who will be five before you complete your holiday
Y
ou can support and accommodate yourself without help from public funds
Y
ou have the means to pay for your return, or onward journey
Y
ou plan to leave the UK at the end of your holiday (Currently government added some more restrictions for this visa)
Required Documents:
your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF 15) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
Evidence of your financial standing and funds
Evidence of any firm travel plans you have made, such as your ticket or a letter from your travel agent confirming that the cost of your ticket has been deposited
Au Pairs
Qualification:
An au pair placement is an arrangement where a single person between 17 and 27 years of age comes to the United Kingdom (UK) to learn English and:
Lives for up to two years as a member of an English-speaking family, with appropriate opportunities for study
Helps in the home for up to five hours a day with at least two full days off a week, in return for a reasonable allowance and their own room
Required Documents:
Your valid passport or travel document
Fully filled (VAF 16) application form, two recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), color photographs
Visa fee, which is non refundable
A letter of introduction from the host family
Overseas Domestic Workers
Qualification:
Be aged 18-65 inclusive; and
Have been employed as a domestic worker under the same roof as your employer for one year or more immediately prior to your application, or
Have been employed in a household that your employer uses on a regular basis for themselves for one year or more immediately prior to your application, and show evidence that there is a connection between you and your employer; and intend to travel to the UK in the company of your employer, your employer’s spouse or your employer’s minor child; and intend to work full-time as a domestic worker under the same roof as your employer or in a household that the employer uses for himself on a regular basis and where there is evidence that there is a connection between you and your employer; and not intend to take employment except within the terms of this paragraph; and be able to maintain and accommodate yourself adequately, as certified by your employer, without recourse to public funds; and hold a valid United Kingdom entry clearance (visa) for entry in this capacity.
Domestic workers include chauffeurs, gardeners, cooks and nannies if you are providing a personal service relating to the running of your employer's household.

A written undertaking from your employer as to your maintenance and accommodation

Working in the UK
Not economically active in the UK but you have sufficient funds to support yourself throughout your stay without recourse to public funds
