| Work Permits Visa |
Qualification:
Who has got work permit from UK
You cannot apply directly for a work permit. This has to be done on
your behalf by an employer in the UK who wishes to employ you. They
should obtain an application form

| Highly Skilled Migrant Program
(HSMP) |
The highly skilled worker category
is designed to allow highly skilled people to come to the United Kingdom
to look for work or self-employment opportunities.
Qualification:
There is a points-based immigration scheme. Points are scored in five
main areas:
Educational qualifications;
Work experience;
Past earnings;
Your achievement in your chosen field; and
Your husband's, wife's or unmarried partner's achievements.
You need to score 65 points or more to qualify as a highly skilled
migrant.

The correct payment.
Any original documentation required to support statements made on
the HSMP form.
AFTER approval of the application form against the HSMP criteria

Qualification:
Is not leading an independent life, is not married and has
not formed an independent family unit

and there has been a genuine transfer of parental responsibility
Has broken all ties with their original family

in the UK
Have sufficient additional funds to maintain and accommodate yourself
and any dependants adequately without recourse to public funds, or
taking employment (other than work for the business) until the business
provides income
Intend to be actively involved full-time in trading or providing services
on your own account or in partnership, or in the promotion and management
of the company as a director.

Qualification:
An au pair placement is an arrangement where a single person
between 17 and 27 years of age comes to the United Kingdom (UK) to
learn English and:
Lives for up to two years as a member of an English-speaking family,
with appropriate opportunities for study
Helps in the home for up to five hours a day with at least two full
days off a week, in return for a reasonable allowance and their own
room

| Overseas Domestic Workers
|
Qualification:
Be aged 18-65 inclusive; and
Have been employed as a domestic worker under the same roof as your
employer for one year or more immediately prior to your application,
or
Have been employed in a household that your employer uses on a regular
basis for themselves for one year or more immediately prior to your
application, and show evidence that there is a connection between
you and your employer; and intend to travel to the UK in the company
of your employer, your employer’s spouse or your employer’s
minor child; and intend to work full-time as a domestic worker under
the same roof as your employer or in a household that the employer
uses for himself on a regular basis and where there is evidence that
there is a connection between you and your employer; and not intend
to take employment except within the terms of this paragraph; and
be able to maintain and accommodate yourself adequately, as certified
by your employer, without recourse to public funds; and hold a valid
United Kingdom entry clearance (visa) for entry in this capacity.
Domestic workers include chauffeurs, gardeners, cooks and nannies
if you are providing a personal service relating to the running of
your employer's household.
