Troubleshooting


 

Install latest version from Microsoft Store
Go to Menu > Help > Troubleshoot > Troubleshoot
Try factory reset and retry
or
Delete user.config file in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Kiran_Software_Ltd..."  and restart your app

 

Install latest version from Microsoft Store
Check any other application accessing the users file
Make sure only one instance of the application is running
Make sure you have enough computer memory (close all other apps)
Make sure no antivirus or spyware locking the file.
Go to Options > advanced > clear unused memory
Reboot your machine and re-try.
Go to Menu > Help > Troubleshoot > Troubleshoot
Try factory reset and retry
Uninstall and reinstall application.

Make sure only one instance of the application is running
Make sure you have enough memory (close all other apps)

Make sure your speakers are working fine.
Make sure required voices are installed on your computer (Windows>Start>settings> speech)

 

Make sure you have enough computer memory (close all other apps)
Send us feed-back is there any repetitive action you are doing casuing the issue, we can check memory leaks.

Make sure you Microsoft WebView2 runtime is installed on your machine. If not, please install it from microsoft site Microsoft WebView2

Make sure your speakers and microphone are working fine.
Make sure you are using good headset with microphone
Make sure required voices and languages are installed on your computer (Windows>Start>settings> speech)


Install latest version from Microsoft Store
Make sure your machine meets pre-requisites.
Go to Menu > Help > Troubleshoot > Troubleshoot
Try factory reset and retry
