How to pass formula values to a stored procedure in Crystal Report?
In Crystal reports once you connect to a database stored-procedure it automatically creates the parameter fields and does not allow you to pass formula based values.

Here the workaround to pass formula values to the database stored procedure through Crystal reports:

Create new blank crystal reports without connecting to the database (I call it as main-report).

Insert a sub-report in to the main report‘s detailed section. In the sub-report you call the stored procedure (as usual).

Create formulas on main report and link the main report formulas to the sub-report parameters. (Right click sub-report and link)
